Who We Are

Hi, we’re Kelly & Emma. We’re a mother-daughter team and the faces behind Nourish & Flourish!

In 2023, we first heard about milling our own grain. After hearing all the benefits others had experienced, we couldn’t wait to get started. Once we incorporated fresh milled flour into our families’ diets and saw all the positive changes in our own health, we became passionate about teaching the benefits of fresh milled flour to others!

Knowing that most people learn best with their hands in the dough, we thought we’d offer that experience for you to learn. Classes are held in our own kitchen where we offer small class sizes and one on one encouragement.
