Our Classes

Learn about the benefits of baking with fresh milled flour and gain confidence in working with the dough in each of our classes.

Basics Class

$35

Our flagship class offers the most in depth knowledge on the benefits of baking with fresh milled flour along with a chance to learn how to work with FMF dough. We will be making a single batch of dough and showing how easy it is to make several different items (basic bread loaf, dinner rolls, and cinnamon rolls) with this basic dough. We will have fresh milled baked goods to enjoy, and each guest will go home with a starter amount of fresh milled flour to start their baking journey.

Pizza Class

$35

In this no mixer required class, we will be demonstrating how easy it is to make several different items from a single pizza dough recipe. Feel free to bring a bottle of your favorite wine and get ready for a relaxing evening with fresh milled appetizers, and your own personal pizza that each participant will make to enjoy that evening.
We offer both couples’ classes (think date night!) and ladies only classes.

Sourdough Class

$35

We will be showing how to turn your sourdough starter into a successful loaf of sourdough. We will have fresh milled baked goods to enjoy, and each guest will go home with a well-established sourdough starter.

*Please note that this is a class to teach you how to make sourdough specifically with fresh milled flour. While not required, we recommend taking our Basics Class first if you’re not already working with FMF.
